Taylor Ingraham, President

Taylor was introduced to fishing by his dad before he can remember.  The early mornings chasing striped bass and bluefish in Long Island Sound and Block Island made a profound and lasting impression, and he has spent his life furthering his knowledge of all fish species and ways to observe and catch them.  He has always had an infatuation with the natural world and has strived to understand how and why fish and other wildlife interact as part of their wider ecosystem.

Despite always being a conservation-minded angler, his active involvement in the conservation of fisheries and marine resources truly took off with the birth of his twin boys, Mack and Sawyer, at the end of 2017.  He launched the Tightlined Slam, a fly and light tackle tournament dedicated to conservation, in the fall of 2018 and formed the Tightlined Conservation Coalition in 2019 to help support and further efforts to conserve fish populations and marine resources.

He has served as the Secretary of the American Saltwater Guides Association, an organization with a mission of Promoting Sustainable Business through Conservation, since February of 2019 and has been an important part in its strategy and message development.

He looks forward to building Tightlined and working to ensure that the next and future generations have access to the fishing opportunities that his father introduced to him.
